Characters of Automatic Manure Removal System:

1.1.2mm longitudinal manure removal belt made of solid polypropylene material is installed for each level.This belt can work very well at low temperature of -10 °C

2.Longitudinal belt are cleaned by scrubbers made of long-wearing material.PVC supporting roller increases service life of belt by reducing friction.

3.Moisture of manure to be removed is not higher than 65%

4.After the day-old chicks have been moved in,the belt should be cleaned for the first time no later than one week after the moving -in date.In week's no. 2 and 3 it is recommended to clean the belts every 2 days and from the fourth week onwards the belts should be cleaned daily. This ensures a relatively low ammonia content of the house air and prevents fly problems.The end-set area is galvanized and therefore well protected against corrosion.
