PP belt for poultry manure removing

PP polypropylene is a half crystalline materials. It should be more hard than PE and has higher melting point.

Because of homopolymer type PP temperature above 0 c above very brittle so many business PP material is with 1 ~ 4% without rules of ethylene copolymer or higher ratio of ethylene content of forceps zone copolymer.

Polymer type PP material with a lower heat distortion temperature (100 c), low transparency, low gloss, low rigid, but have stronger resistance to impact strength.

The strength of PP with ethylene content increases. PP the vicat softening temperature of 150 c. Due to the high degree of crystallinity, this kind of material surface stiffness and resistance to scratch characteristic is very good.

Turnover of PP MFR range in 1 ~ 40. Low MFR PP material impact resistance characteristics better but low tensile strength. For the same MFR materials, the strength of the copolymer type than homopolymer type to high.

Due to the crystallization, PP shrinkage is quite high, average of 1.8 ~ 2.5%. And the direction of the shrinkage uniformity than materials such as PE - HD is much better. Homopolymer type and copolymer type PP materials have excellent anti hygroscopicity, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to solubility.

However, it to aromatic hydrocarbon (such as benzene) solvent, chlorinated hydrocarbon (CTC) solvent no resistance, etc. PP also doesn`t like PE in high temperature that it still has the oxidation resistance.
