Expanded wire mesh machine
The machine is in high speed with satisfied expanded mesh. The shearing force of the expander is related to the thickness of the materials as well as the LWD. Considering the same thickness of the raw materials, the shearing force will increase with the decreased LWD. It adopts automatic lubricating system, automatic feeding material by step motor, the electric system is PLC control.
The machines are used for punching all kinds of expand plate mesh in construction, common hardware, window and door, machine protecting etc.
Feeding mechanism passes the chain link by the main engine directly, the movement accurate is reliable.
