1. Material: The part showed is made up of iron and steel. Anyway we Can do any metal or alloy parts, such as stainless steel, carbon Steel, ductile iron, melleable iron, aluminum, brass, bronze etc.
2. Standard: DIN, ASTM, BS, JIS etc.
3. Weight range: 0.5 - 100kg.
4. Moulding Process: Green sand casting, resin bonded casting, , Compression casting, investment casting(lost wax casting), die Casting, pressing & forging etc.
Machining: Complete machining such as Machining center, CNC, Lathe, Milling machine, drilling etc. Surface treatment: Painting, polishing, heat treatment, plaining or Galvanization etc.
