Product Application

E-glass Direct Roving is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins etc., this products is extensively used in filament winding, pultrusion processes, also used in weaving fabrics and woven roving.

Package

Each bobbin I 16.5± 1.5kgs and wrapped by a PVC shrink bag. If required, each bobbin could be packed into a suitable cardboard box. Each pallet contains 3 or 4 layers, and each layers contain 16 bobbins (4*4). Each 20ft container normally loads 10 small pallets (3layers) and 10 big pallets (4 layers). The bobbins in the pallet could be singly piled or be connected as start to end by air spliced or by manual knots; The whole pallet of bobbins are wrapped with cardboard boxes, packed on the pallet with packing straps and shrink film or with multilayer of shrink film only.
Storage
In dry and cool places. The best condition is with temperature between 15 and 35 centigrade, with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%. Before use, please keep it in the original package.
