PUMP DESCRIPTION
SW series single stage single suction (axial suction) centrifugal pumps are applicable for industrial and city water supply and drainage as well as for the agricultural irrigation and drainage to transport the clear water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties as clear water. The temperature shall not exceed 80oC.
SWH series hot-water circulating pump is single-state, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is used for pumping liquid which can not contain solid grains. The temperature of liquid is no more than 150 oC. It is fitted to be used to as cycling pressurization water transportation water at high temperature for boilers applied in metallurgy, chemical, electricity, paper making industries and hotels, bath rooms, etc. and heat air supply in heat-acquisition system for urban use.

FEATHER OF STRUCTURE
The pump consist of pump casing, impeller, sealing ring, pump cover, shaft and bearing bracket etc. The pump adopts a structure of rear-door, for facilitating maintenance without dismantling pipe system of inlet and outlet, much convenience in application.
The pump casing is designed with feet below, and discharge is positioned the top, suction in the
end.
The size of the pump flange adopts GB9113.3-88(1.6MPa), equivalent to HG20595-97(1.6MPa).
Rotor parts are supported by rolling bearings, the bearings use N32 machine oil for lubrication, if you want to use grease for lubrication, please make a note in the ordering.
The impeller nuts adopt lock-steel wire for preventing loose, which can effectively prevent loose of the impeller nuts due to the vibration in the operation and reverse rotation.
Oil meter adopts automatic make-up oil type, so to guarantee the lubrication during operation, thus raising up the lifetime of the pump.
Viewing from the end of driver, the rotation direction of the pump is in clockwise.
