High Efficiency Hard Slurry Transport Pump

PUMP DESCRIPTION
The SEIKO COEUS SG Gravel and Dredge Pump is capable of handling large particles at consistently high efficiencies resulting in a lower cost of ownership. Cashing is designed with a large volume internal profile to reduce associated velocities which prolong component life. They are designed to pump extremely aggressive slurries with a wide particle distribution.
FEATURES
Segmented Clamp Ring allows casing rotation to any required angle, which removes the need for expensive high wearing bends
Impeller-expulsion vanes cut down on gland pressure and reduces risk of high solid concentration in gland area
Heavy duty casing has been designed to minimize internal velocities resulting in greater efficiency and prolonged wear life
End cover assembly made up of V-seals, double piston rings and an external flinger with grease lubricated labyrinths as standard
Shaft sleeve Options available from standard to hardened sleeved with O-ring seals at both ends to protect the shaft
Packed gland seal type has the options of ultra-low, low or full flow flush seal water arrangements
Expeller seal Suitable for most slurry pumping applications which can be a major advantage where no gland water service is required
