Materials and Processing:
The material of our surface plate is high strength Cast Iron HT200-300,working surface degree of hardness is HB170-240, undergoes two manual handlings(artificial annealing 600 degrees-700 degrees with natural aging 2-8years) to make the product stable in accuracy and good in grinding resistance.
