  Our VMC Vermiculite panel is a non-combustible board made from the expanded vermiculite and inorganic binder. It contains non mineral or glass fibers or asbestos. It is both ecological and resistant to temperatures up to 1100℃ The boards feature good sound-absorbing and thermal insulating properties. Another advantage of the vermiculite boards is that they are easy to work using the normal wood-working tools. Various surface finishes can also be applied to the surface easily.       VMC-FP Main application:  used as fire door cores, fire-resistant walls and ceilings, fire protection cladding for structural steels, fire protection for air-conditioning and cable trays etc.     VMC-FR Main application:  as insulation in reduction cells ,as back-up insulation in all types of furnaces (from carbon baking furnaces to remelting of scrap), replacement fire brick for wood burning or multifuelstoves etc.   VMC-SA Main application:  as acoustic ceilings and walls
