      1.1   Introduction Reciprocating pumps are reciprocating positive displacement pump, the pump flow depends on the plunger diameter size and reciprocating frequency of stroke volume, pump flow can be adjusted by changing of pump travel length and adjusting reciprocating frequency.  1.2   Pump Composition Structure Products composition structure includes driver, transmission mechanism and hydraulic mechanism (also named pump head) with other related components.   l  Drive (usually motor) provide transporting medium from entry to discharge the energy of pressure. l  Transmission mechanism through the rotary motion of motor transforming straight reciprocating motion of plunger, and the energy of driver to pump head. l  The function of pump head (Figure P2) will drive mechanism to pass over the mechnical energy into hydraulic transmission medium. According to the characteristics of transmission medium, the pump head can be designed for different type of plunger and diaphragm type.
