 5STP-1.8  Bean kernel decorticating machine   Product Description  Application Our STP-1.8 Bean kernel decorticating machine is also called bean skin peeling machine, it is a multi-peeling machine, it is not only used for peeling beans, but also for wheat peeling barley peeling, and peeling sorghum, peeling maize/corn, peeling millet, peeling soybean, peeling mung bean, peeling honey beans. It can peel beans and can grind beans into small granule or piece, the ruled granule(like round).   Performance and Structure
The bean peeling machine uses sand roll structure, which effects very low damage to grain endosperm. And the machine is productive, the capacity is 1.5 to 2.5 tons per hour(capacity is different due to different grains). This peeling equipment mainly cosists of the feeding mechanism, propeller, peeling chamber, emery roller, transmission, collection hopper, a feeding device, dust and other components. It has its own dust cleaning system and results colletion systems, and the impurities, bran, and peeled grains can be collected by separated outlets, and the operation is easy.
Corn, Wheat peeling rate is of over 98 percent, soybeans mung bean peeling rate is above 95%, both are the highest industry standards.   How-it-works
Our STP bean peeling machine uses high-speed rotating diamond blade for the continuous cutting and friction, which decreases the strength between grain endosperm and grain epidermis, result in effective skin removal of barley, corn, wheat and beans.
