3.Mechanical seal is designed according to the structure characteristic of desulphurization pump, slurry characteristic and the application characteristic. It is cartridge mechanical seal. It has good performance, long service life.
4.The FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) equipment of the pump is made of a new type of material A49 duplex stainless white iron which is specially developed by our company itself. The new material has significant corrosion-resistant and
wear-resisting performance. The pump, pump cover and splice plates are pressure parts and made of ductile cast iron. The impeller and suction cover is made of the A49 dual-phase stainless white iron. The material of cover plate liner, frame plate liner, and rear liner is natural rubber with natural good abrasion performance, light weight, relatively low cost.
