  Mining Slurry Pump Structure Description 1.Single stage, single suction, overhang shaft, centrifugal, double-casing horizontal pump, Wet ends are made of abrasive resistant hard metal or rubber. 2.Base- High strengthened base is connected with Frame Plate by bolts; The Adjusting Bolt under the Bearing Assembly realize easy adjustment to impeller clearance. 3.Bearing Assembly: -High rigidity shaft to handle heavy duty work condition; -Cartridge bearing assembly jointed with base by bolts; -Grease Lube bearings fitted in sealed bearing housing, the two labyrinth on both ends prevent the grease from contamination. 4.Shaft Sleeve - Clearance fit between solid solution treated stainless steel shaft sleeve and shaft as well as the O-rings on both ends prevent the shaft from abrasion and erosion. 5.Casing - Made of Gray Iron or Ductile Iron, Ribs help casing to stand high pressure. 6.Impeller - Pump out vanes on both shrouds reduces recirculation and seal pressure. 7.Wet Ends - Impellers, liners, volutes made of High-Chrome alloy or rubber, both materials are interchangeable. 8.Seal options: Gland Seal-The most popular and economical seal option, flush water with certain pressure Inject In to packing to prevent slurry from leaking, gland seal is simple, easy to repair and cost less.
