       2.The regular treatment:   Nitrided: valves are nitrided to increase the exhaustion strength, corrosion- and wear-resistant Chrome-plated: valve stems with chromium to increase wear-/corrosion-resistant of stem Stellite (seat hard faced): valves made by using deposit of stellite to get high hot hardness at seat Bimetal: valve made by joining together two different valve materials by friction welding wherein high hot hardness alloy steel is used at head and stem made from a upright mechanical properties steel     3.Inspection and Test equipment:     Impact Tester, Tensile Tester, Optical Microscope, Cylindricity Equipment, Bruker, Roughness Tester, Sale Corrosion Test Chamber, Scanning Electronic Microscope, Valve Seat Wear Test Rig, Optical Valve Measurement System, High Speed Carbon,Sulfur Analyzer,etc.       4.The material:   (1) Normal material: Intake valve is SUH1(40Cr) ;    Exhaust valve is SUH3(4Cr9Si2).   (2) Best material: Intake valve is SUH3(4Cr9Si2);  Exhaust valve is SUH35(21-4N).   5.Packing:     Neutral packing , or as your requirement.     Welcome your inquiry,pls contact information as below:
