Up to 260℃:100% Nomex 

Up to 220℃:Mixture Nomex and polyester

Up to 140℃:100% Polyester

Felt Length: ≤50m

Felt Width: ≤3.8m

Felt Thickness: 4-12mm or on your requirement

Weight : 3,200g/m2 (8mm Thick)

Nomex Transfer Felt Feature:

1.  Misaligned----Our base cloth is use endless industrial  silk. Testing report showed the misaligned rate is no more than 3mm.

2.  Shrinkage----The base cloth can control the shrinkage rate in 2.5%--3%.

3.  Material---100% dupont Nomex,imported from Japan.

Application: used on rotary transfer machine when textile printing. 

Nomex Endless Heat Transfer Printing Blankets Advantage:

1. Specially added seamless base fabric, the base fabric is endless industrial silk. Testing report showed the misaligned rate is about ±3mm. - will avoid misaligned problem.

2. The base fabric can control the shrinkage rate in 2.5%--3%. - will avoid the belt not suitable for the machine.

3. 100% DUPONT Nomex - improve working life and end product quality.
