The surface treatment of the hexagonal wire are mainly galvanized iron, PVC coated and stainless steel. It can be fabricated into gabions boxes – one of the most popular wire products for flood control. Then stones are put into it. Laying of gabions make a wall or bank against water and flood. Hexagonal wire netting is also welded into poultry netting for breeding of chicken and other poultry. Hexagonal wire netting is used in a number of industries, as fence for poultry, farms, bird cages, tennis court, also used as light reinforcement in splinter proof glass and cement concrete, laying of roads, or used for insulation in cold storage, and other structure. Popularly it is used as fences after green coated, and costs can be reduced.
