With the compact heating surface, all heaters consist of multilayer close-arranged coilers from inside, middle and outside and ceiling coil. The internal surface of the inner coils and middle coils works as the radiant heating surface; and the outer surface of the middle coils and the outer coils work as the convection heating surface. The boiler comprises the body on top and the combustor below. When the fuel burns sufficiently in the combustor and most of energy is absorbed by the radiant heating surface, the high temperature flue gas enters into the convection heating surface for heating exchange, then moves out from the boiler to heat the air that needed by the fuel firing in the air-pre-heater, then passes through the dirt remover; and finally it is sent into chimney by induced draft fan and discharged into atmosphere. The heating surface adopts the closely-arranged coils so as to lay out enough heating area, reduce the thermal load on the coil surface and ensure the safer usage of the thermal oils. The ceiling coil on the top of the radiant heating surface can better protect the top of the furnace and avoid it from being burned out. The exhaust gas outlet is positioned right above the boiler, which can balance the heating surface and rationalize the structure. With the reasonable process of the medium, the thermal oil enters into the boiler from the low position and flows out through the high position. In this way, the gas during the operation can be well-off discharged out of the boiler. The installation of the boiler is very convenient because only need to put the upper body and the below combustor together. And the installation period is very short.
