Feature:

5XZS-10CDS Seed Cleaning & Processing machine is our new patent product in 2014. It is designed with wheat hulling, air cleaning, gravity separating, vibratory sieve separating and grading parts. This model consists of so many functions on one mobile type seed cleaner make it fits for wider application.

Working flow:

The intake hopper enables wheat filling into the wheat huller to hull the wheat. Then wheat fed from bucket elevator hopper is transported to vibratory air cleaning chamber. The big air cleaning chamber will bring the best air cleaning efficiency. Then the air cleaned material enters to the gravity separator for remove the bad seeds (partially eaten, immature, insect damaged, sick seeds, etc). After been processed by gravity separator, material comes to the vibratory sieve to remove the large and small impurity. At the same time, it will also grade raw material to different levels by size difference. Raw material (grain) after processed by this machine will ensure better quality and can be sowed in soil directly.
