Introduction

The coating machine capacity is 10 ~12 tons per hour, which is widely used in the coating and processing of wheat, barley, rice, corn, sorghum, beans and various crop seeds.

Working Principle

The core of seed coating machine is mixing bowl, which rotates at bottom. Each batch of seeds are gradually dropped into mixing bowl after scale weighing.

The rotation of mixing bowl raises seeds to wall, so that seeds are evenly spread. This coating machine can be used to coat both liquidity coating agent and powder coating agent. Coating liquid is fed from the peristaltic pump. The powder liquid is fed from the screw auger.

The spinning plate in center of mixing bowl transfers the liquidity coating agent from the dispensing system. The liquid medicine is atomized at the high speed rotation. And attach into the seeds` surface. This liquid is highly uniform. 

All types of coating agents, whether liquid or powder, are fully and effectively utilized in this system.

Feature and advantage:

1. The seeds are evenly scattered on the wall of the mixing chamber under the action of centrifugal force in the mixing chamber. At the same time, the liquid medicine is atomized under the action of the centrifugal force of the spinning disc and evenly sprayed on the scattered seeds. Do the reciprocating centrifugal movement along the wall of the chamber with the medicament, so that the seeds and medicament are mixed more fully and evenly. This kind of medicine blending method saves medicine and has better coating effect.

2. The feeding amount of seed and medicine can be customized in PLC system.

Customers can choose different drug ratios according to the characteristics of different seeds and pharmaceuticals, so that to reach the best coating state.

3. The input amount of seeds and medicaments are controlled by high-precision electronic measuring scales, so that the input amount of seeds and medicaments of each batch is consistent and controllable, so the coating effect of each batch is the same To improve the consistency of the finished seed quality.

4. The equipment is also equipped with a powder feeding device, which can provide powder and peletization treating for seeds.

5. The down-draft fan of this equipment also provides heating function while providing wind power. The seed can be dried in the process of seed coating, so that the moisture of the seed after the coating is completed is reduced, the film formation time is shortened, and thus the situation of the agent falling off after the film formation is reduced.

6.  Equipped with a heating device on the top of the mixing room of the equipment, which can heat the medical liquid entering the mixing room, so that the medical liquid can be thrown out and atomized more uniformly in a low-temperature environment, and can also play a certain role on the seeds. The drying effect further accelerates the seed film formation speed.

7. The medical fluid supply system is made of stainless steel, which is more durable. Equipped with multiple chemical liquid and powder supply bins, so that different chemical liquids or powders can be supplied sequentially or simultaneously to meet different coating requirements.

8. The rotation speed of the main motor can be adjusted. We can adjust it according to the seed variety, weight, type of medicine and coating requirements to achieve various coating effects.

9. The system is equipped with an alarm prompt, which will give a clear alarm prompt when the operation is improper or the equipment fails, which is convenient for the operator to find the fault point and eliminate the fault more quickly.

10. The entire equipment is controlled by the PLC control system, and all operations and work processes can be clearly displayed on the control screen, which helps the operator to adjust and control the coating process.
