  Pump introduction Series GD/GDS vertical petrochemical processing pump is single-stage, single-suction, radial subdivision centrifugal pump with vertical pipelines. The design and manufacture are totally complying with the standard API610. The pump casing has discharge port, and is sealed by metal seal ring. To minimize the hydraulic radial force, noise and vibration, pump with discharge over 80mm adopts double-casing structure. The suction and discharge flange is perpendicular to shaft. The various flange standards such as AISI,ISO,DIN are available to meet different pipe load and customer requirements. The nominal diameter of suction flange is the same with the discharge if of the same rated pressure. Seal chamber size is in accordance with API 610, which suitable for the installation of single, double and tandem mechanical seal as well as parking seal. Pump seal is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system. Angular contact ball bearing can sustain heavy load including pump load, rotor weight and instantaneous load when start pump. Bearing is installed in integrated bearing housing and lubricated by grease lubrication. The weight of motor is wholly supported by pump. The motor is designed to sustain pump axial force as well as the instantaneous axial force during pump starts. The axial force is balanced by wear ring and balance pipe. High hydraulic efficiency can be maintained by replacing pump impeller and wear ring. Pipeline is in accordance with API 610 standard. Run by clockwise from drive direction.
