1.wire flattening machine

To flat the round glavanized wire to flat wire,and the suitable thickness

 Feature:
our new design wire flattening machine is different with the common type in the coil unloading part.  we design the pneumatic push petals, when the coil is finished, the worker just need push the petals, the coil will be unloaded automatically. cost so much time.  one set this type machine output is double as the common type.We use the Taiwan Brand flattening wheel,flat thickness more precision.

2.wire gluing combiner

Use glue to combine the single wire to suitable width wire band

The length of the wire gluing machine could be 18-25m,could be designed according to customer's plant size.could be 4-5 layer.our machine use recycling hot air heatting way,high effiency and energy-saving.other company's machine use heating pipe ,the temperature is not easy to control.our machine have three independent drying oven.our machine use computer long diastance control,intelligent to stop the machine when there is some mistake.

3.Hydraulic pressure wooden material use F T series brads  Machine  

To press and form the wire band to the final product,F T brad nails
