  High Frequency bending wood board jointing machine using high frequency heating ,two vega pressure ,used to plate splicing edge gluing ,the products widely used in furniture , wooden door ,integrated material fiedls .       Heating principle of High Frequency Dielectric  Dielectric ,known as insulator ,such as timber ,plastic ,grain ,rubber ,glass epoxy,glue agent ,water etc .High frequency dielecteic heating is to put dielectric in HF electric field whose direction changes constantly in very high speed , so that molecules of dielectric material rotate or vibrate in high speed in their original position ,and heat will be generated by intermolecular friction and collision for heating purpose .       Advantages:   (1) High output : Average timber output increased by 5%--10% . (2) High Frequency : Finish one piece of plate in 1--3 mins . It's more efficiency than general board jointing machine in winter .
