  GZ-10.0-III-DX HIGH FREQUENCY-VACUUM WOOD KILN DRYER is a new generation wood drying equipment. This machine is the result of design combining high frequency medium heating technology and vacuum cryogenic dehydration technology, greatly reduced drying time. This equipment adopts PLC programming control, drying chamber equipped with 80mm thick thermal insulating layer and inside & outside two sets stainless steel condensation system, it is more convenient to choose lumber drying procedure and applicable for drying all kinds of wood. The main control valve adopts pneumatic valve technology, this technology have advantages like steady, long serve life and low failure rate. The main advantage of our wood drying equipment: short drying cycle, super quality, cost effective and eco-friendly.   Advantages of high frequency vacuum wood kiln dryer:  1: Short drying cycle--- HF kiln dryer greatly reduced drying time It does not require heat conduction,  inside and outside of wood timber is heated at same time; During the heating process, there is staged temprature difference between inside and outside of wood timber, The vapor pressure difference caused by this surface and the interior temperature difference makes the interior moisture to move towards the surface.  for this reason, the drying time is much more shorter than traditional ways 2: Good drying effect--- hence the wood is drying under vacuum condition, this will decrease the drying tempreture. Wood drying at low temperature highly humid environment enable complete free from cracks & distortions as well as retain its hue & luster. Under connstant evenly heating there is not any cracking or bendind appeared.
