  High frequency vacuum dryer 1. It is new drying method. (Dielectric heating)  Steam and normal vacuum dryer (hot plate) is conductive heating. They dry the wood little by little from outside to inside.  High frequency is dielectric heating. HF wave can penetrate the food and dry it uniformly. Even the core temperature is heater than surface.  Vacuum condition: It is minus pressure, safe.  The moisture can vaporized in low temperature.
