1. cleaning part   Cleaning begins with screening to remove coarse and fine materials and the grain is separated by size, shape and weight. The finished product, whole pure grain, is then passed into conditioning bins. Conditioning takes place before milling to produce a uniform moisture content throughout the grain. Moistening helps to prevent breakup of the bran (hard outer layer) during milling and improves separation from the floury endosperm (the mass that forms the white flour of the grain).

2. milling part   Milling is the separation of bran and germ from the endosperm and the reduction of the endosperm to a uniform particle size (flour). This is done by a sequence of breaking, grinding and seperating operation.

3. Packing part. Packing is the final procedure, pack the flour or other products into bags of different size. After packing well, the bags will be stacked in order and ready for selling or using. Manual packing and auto-packing method will be available according to customers requirements.

processing line Main equipments in each section 1. cleaning part: to clean out the middle and small impurity from maize. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, and so on. Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator and dampening.this section is make the maize/wheat to preparefor millling part and to protect the machinery as well.   (1)High efficiency vibratory sifter: It is used in screening,cleaning and classifying for granule material of grain processing plant.It can remove the big,small and light impurities.It is simple structure,smoothness of operation,small size,light weight,low noise,low power consumption,cleaning effect is perfect.   (2)Gravity classification destoner: It is designed specially for removing same size stones in the wheat, rice and other grains. It holds the good effect of stone removing and no dust escaping.

Horizontal scourer: It has features of smooth operation,low noise.They can effectively remove the dust,hair and shell of grains to impove cleaning effect.	Dampener: It is used to wet the grains to improve the toughness of the cortex which can maintain the intact of bran and improve the quality of finished product.

2. milling part Include different numbers of mills and sifters to mill the maize and separate the flour and bran
