Equipment Function:

1 The whole set of production line adopts PLC program control, and the human-computer interface is convenient to operate.
2 Curing agents are automatically loaded and stirred, and are delivered to double-station quantitative filling equipment.
3 Resin oil plants are rapidly stirred and conveyed to cement glum stirring equipment quantitatively, and particle shearing function is provided.
4 The stirring of cement glum (600 kilograms) and the stirring of curing agent (150 kilograms) are completed in 10 minutes, the discharging is automatic, electricity consumption ≤15kw.
5 The cement glum delivery and filling system is provided with excess stock back flow and system constant-temperature device, the cement glue temperature can be controlled at will, and the pipeline part is free of cleaning.
6 The operation linear velocity of heat seal bag making (double-component) ≥35m/min.
7 Electromotive aluminum wire punching sealing is adopted, so that the products do not leak and have high straightness.
8 Taking product of Φ23*350mm as the example, the single-shift daily output ≥8,000 pieces.
