Introduction:

Slurry pumps are widely used for handling milk of lime, brine and lime, brine slurry, brine end liquor, KCL slurry etc., and they can be operated at high elevations like 4000 m. a. s. l. Slurry specific gravity is up to 2kg/cm3. Volume concentration of slurry is up to 60%. Slurry pumping equipment is designed for difficult and challenging industrial applications.
