Samples of material to provide test specimens for mechanical properties, hardness  and grain size shall be taken from such location in a lot as to be representative of that lot.  Specimen  Preparation. Tension test specimen shall be taken in the direction of rolling from the material in the final  condition of rolling. Hardness test specimen shall be taken from the material in the final condition of rolling.  Test shall use Rockwell “R” scale. Inspection Inspection of material can be made by indenter prior the shipment. Certification A manufacturer certification that the material was manufactures and tested in accordance  with this specification together with a report of the actual test results from each lot.
