Directions:
1. Use the patch at night while you are sleeping.
2. Clean the sole of your foot and dry thoroughly before applying the patch.
3. Remove the larger section of paper backing on the adhesive strip.
4. Place the Detox patch in the middle of the adhesive strip with the writing on the patch against the sticky side of the adhesive.
5. Remove the smaller portion of paper backing on the adhesive strip.
6. Place the patch/adhesive strip on the bottom of your foot.
7. After awaking in the morning, remove the patch and discard.
8. Clean foot area as there may be some residue left from the detox process.
9. This process would be repeated until the used patch is no longer a dark color.
