PPR-AL-PE Plastic composite pipe PPR-AL-PE Plastic composite pipe Features: 1. OSUN brand PP-R aluminum plastic composite pipes are consist of five layers. The middle layer is aluminum foil, connected with outer layer PP-R, inner layer is PP-R, PE or PERT. 2. There is imported heat glue which extruded by high temperature & high pressure. 3. Greatly reduced linear expansion efficient, only 1/4 of that of PP-R. 4. Clean, simply cut and weld, easy assemble. 5. Good temperature resistance: the maximum transient temperature is up to 110°C. 6. It is the more properer for indoor cold & hot water pipeline system. 7. High resistance of corrosion: anti-rust, no corrosion. 8. Low flow resistance through pipeline. 9. Higher flow capacity: smooth interior walls result in low pressure loss and high volume 10. Pipe connection fixed, no leakage, hot-melt connection apprance is good. 11. Healthy, Clean & No toxic: No heavy metal additives , would not be covered with dirt or contaminated by bacterium. 12. Easy installation: quick easy to assemble and install. 13. Heat preservation: low thermal conductivity result in preserving heat. 14. Longevity: more than 50 years under proper use( working temperature 70 °C ,working pressure PN 1.0MPa). Even more than 100 years under common temperature 20 °C . 15.
