7. Welded Fence  Packing
Some Suppliers make steel pallets with thin low quality pipes, someone even choose small pieces and welded together , which are ugly and not strong enough.wire mesh panels and pallets may be pressed and borken because of the over-weight.we Semai choose 2.0mm low carbon steel pipe, which are same quality with fence post.and pallets feet are welded in vertical direction, there are enough space under pallets , trucks can drag pallets easily.
(1) Pallets packing need much more attention and cautious.incorrect packing may damage on goods, expecially on panels who are welded with small wires.
we try all our best to avoid such damages .steel panels are wraped with bubble film , cloths or woven bags, which can enlarge the cushion from heavy goods. Wooden or steel boards are put besides two pallets, which can decrease pressure between pallets
 
(2) there maybe some unexpected awful condition, like workers' improper methonds on loading lift up or unloading, badly road and heavy strom on sea. All these may bring damage .we make special protection details : all belted section are packed with carbon piece +steel board+carbon piece,corners are fixed with  steel boards .
 
(3) customers satisfaction is our goal.we do our best to make satisfactory packing , and opinions and requests from customers will be valued. Even posts are packed in pallets and wraped with quality bubble film. As a kindly action, we even weld hook on pallets so that truckers and drag the pallets very easily.
