      Paper reel is  free from  damage, distortion, or noticeable indents
  The paper reel production label should be sticking at reel-end.
It should includes   production date and lot-number, reel number, reel weight, paper stretch direction and paper slurry touching-side, paper basic weight and width.
 
The paper surface should be free from scratch, indents, wave, edge split or damage. The wax spot should be less than 3mm , and no more than 2 spots within 4 meters strentched length.
