Detailed size of our PVC Floor               The usage of PVC floor Previous projects about Volleyball courts       Installation & maint Installation and maintenance     The PVC sports flooring, like all quality floor surfaces, requires consistent cleaning and scheduled maintenance to ensure that it stays looking great. The schedule for cleaning depends on many factors including – various activities, how often the floor is used, and the volume of foot traffic on the floor. The more consistent the cleaning schedule, the better the appearance of the floor. The following general guidelines will help to keep your new PVC floor looking great.   INITIAL CLEANING 1.  Sweep or vacuum the entire floor surface to remove all loose dirt, dust and foreign objects. 2.  Scrub the entire area with an automatic scrubbing machine (150-350 rpm), equipped with a red nylon pad or with soft nylon bristle brushes. If an automatic scrubber is unavailable you may use a low speed (150-350rpm) flooring buffer and a wet vac. Apply a cleaning solution comprised of a pH 9 to pH13 cleaning detergent (a list of approved detergents can be found at the end of these instructions) and warm water. Follow the instructions found on the detergent’s label for concentration and mixing. Apply a liberal amount of cleaning solution and let soak for 10 to 15 minutes (longer if needed). Do not vacuum or pick up cleaning solution on the first pass of the scrubber. 3.  Beginning where you first started and while applying more cleaning solution, scrub the entire floor at a slower rate and vacuum the dirty cleaning solution on the second pass. Do not allow the cleaning solution to dry on the floor between passes, if this occurs reduce the size of the area you are cleaning or apply more cleaning solution. Allowing the dirty solution to dry on the floor between passes will only make the cleaning process more difficult. 4.  Perform a clean water rinse by using the automatic scrubber and replacing the cleaning solution with clean, warm water. Lightly scrub the entire floor and vacuum the used rinse water. It is important that all cleaning solution residue be removed by rinsing. 5.  Check the area, some stubborn marks may have remained on the floor. Remove these marks by using a cloth dampened with pure cleaning detergent, denatured mineral spirits or a non-flammable cleaning solvent. Rinse with clean water and dry. Do not allow these cleaning products to remain the floor for an extended period of time since they may damage the floor. 6.  Do not scrub the floor with hard polyester or nylon pads, steel wool, wire brushes, or abrasive floor cleaners. These types of materials can severely scratch and damage the surface of the floor as well as prematurely wear the game lines. 7.  Do not apply any type of floor sealer, finish or wax. Application of these products may void your warranty. 8.  Do not scrub the floor with hard polyester or nylon pads, steel wool, wire brushes, or abrasive floor cleaners. These types of materials can severely scratch and damage the surface of the floor as well as prematurely wear the game lines. 9.  Do not apply any type of floor sealer, finish or wax. Application of these products may void your warranty.     Our showroom   Packaging & Shipping     Our Services   Certifications The passed certification: 1. China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Environmental Protection Products  2. China National Sport Goods Quality Supervision Inspection Center    For more detailed information, please don't forget to leave a message to me below !!!
