Understand the Continuous Gear Type Sausage Filler Machine

The internal structure principle is to rely on a set of gear pumps driven by a servo motor to accurately push materials to achieve the purpose of quantitative transportation. It can be connected to sausage linking system, most automatic sausage clippers to form a sausage line. 

2JG-7200 mechanical filling machine consists of frame, filling servo control system, pump, electrical box, hopper, etc. Filling servo control system is mainly composed of servo motor, servo drive, synchronous belt wheel etc. Pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump shaft, synchronous belt wheel, filling tubes,etc.
