Sometimes steam trap appear blocking phenomenon, after use a longer time if found steam trap temperature reduction and Drainage blocked, should clean the steam trap or adjust drain valve under the steam trap, such as open 1/8 can discharge seeper is work normally.

 Qualified raw water after a long term use, the evaporator, pre-heater, condenser heat transfer surface may form water scale layer, heat transfer coefficient decreased, distilled water yield reduced. Should be cleaned at this time.

 If water scale main ingredients is sulfate applied No. 1 solution cleaning, if water scale main ingredients is sulfate and silicate, so first use No. 1 solution cleaning, then use No. 2 solution cleaning. After washing, use No. 3 neutralization liquid to neutralize, and eventually washing with ionized water about 1 hour.

 Various solutions with the pump send to each equipment cleaning cyclic.

1.Working Principle

Just as rain is produced from evaporation followed by condensation to liquid, our  water distillers produce "rain in a chamber" as regular tap water is heated and vaporized into sterilized steam and then condensed back to it`s original pure liquid state.
