LD multiple effect distilled water machine, is designed and produced according to standard of "YY0229 multiple effect distilled water machine", all the parts of it are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. The produced distilled water is in high purity and heat-free, absolutely accords with each quality target of the injection water in Chinese Pharmacopoeia which was published in 2010. It is a perfect device for the pharmacy producers to produce diversified blood goods, injection, infusion, biologic antibiont and so on, and it is a perfect device for the producer of the drinkable distilled water.The product consists of 5 evaporator, 5 pre-heater, 5vapor-liquid separator, 2 condenser, feed pumps, filters, controlvalves, flow meter, frame, piping and controller.
The Evaporator using tube falling film evaporation technology,to ensureReverse Osmosis Water(Pure water)uniform distribution in the innerwall of each evaporation tube to form a water filmevaporation.
The effect of pure steam for the next evaporator to provideheat, its complete evaporation, liquefied form distilledwater. Vapor-liquid separator using steam and water split four separation techniques(Steamand water centrifugation, underneath rotary vane clapboardseparation, wire mesh capture water droplet separation, upperrotary vane clapboard separation) to ensure distilled water heatsource and endotoxin content lower.
Preheater using U-tube exchange heat, high heat exchange efficiency, goodmechanical performance, long service life.

1.Working Principle

Just as rain is produced from evaporation followed by condensation to liquid, our  water distillers produce "rain in a chamber" as regular tap water is heated and vaporized into sterilized steam and then condensed back to it`s original pure liquid state. All the contaminants including viruses, bacteria, organic and inorganic chemicals, toxins, heavy metals, cysts and other pollutants are left behind for you to see as you pour them down the drain.
