Opaque Black color Polyimide (BPI) Film for insulation is a kind of Polyimide film . It also named BPI Film . It have Heat Resistance PI Film used in substrates for flexible printed circuits, transformer and capacitor insulation, sensors and bar code labels.
Kapton PI film is also used for wire and cable tapes, formed coil insulation, substrates for flexible printed circuits, motor slot liners, magnet wire insulation, transformer and capacitor insulation, magnetic and pressure-sensitive tapes .we also have other colors , amber color , matte balck , glossy black , transparent , green , red ect .
Kapton Polyimide Film (KAPTON FILMS) is excellent insulation material. The density is 1.39-1.45, polyimide film has excellent resistance to high and low temperature, electrical insulation, adhesion, radiation resistance, resistance to medium, It can be used in the temperature range of -269℃ ~ 280℃ for a long time, can reach 400℃ in a short time.The vitreation temperatures were 280℃(Upilex R), 385℃(Kapton) and above 500℃ (Upilex S), respectively.The tensile strength is 200MPa at 20℃ and greater than 100MPa at 200℃.Especially suitable for flexible printed circuit board substrate and various kinds of high temperature electrical insulation materials.
