FN/F46 Coated Kupton Polyimide FEP Film
Kaptons polymide film named KAPTON FILMS. F46 or FEP Coated Polyimide Film PI Film can be used For Electric Cable Wrapping.
We have different colors (Amber color , Matte Black , Glossy Black , Colorless , Red , Green ect) with different thickness (7.5micron , 12.5micron , 25micron , 50micron ,75micron , 125micron ect) . It can be used for Speakers.
The Kapton Polyimide PI Film have excellent insulation material. The density is 1.39-1.45, polyimide film has excellent resistance to high and low temperature, electrical insulation, adhesion, radiation resistance, resistance to medium, It can be used in the temperature range of -269℃ ~ 280℃ for a long time, can reach 400℃ in a short time.The vitreation temperatures were 280℃(Upilex R), 385℃(Kapton) and above 500℃ (Upilex S), respectively.The tensile strength is 200MPa at 20℃ and greater than 100MPa at 200℃.Especially suitable for flexible printed circuit board substrate and various kinds of high temperature electrical insulation materials.
