Ultrathin Aluminized Bopet Film for Diaphragm of Headphone
Our Ultrathin Aluminized Bopet Film for Diaphragm of Headphone is made of ultra thin polyester been deposited with aluminum layer via vacuum sputtering aluminum plating process. It is very lightweight and ultra thin, so it runs very well for earphone or headphone. The aluminum has good electrical conductivity, EMI/RF shielding property, and good etching compatibility. As the aluminum foil is rigid comparing with plastic film, it is not fleixble enough. Well the aluminised pet film has both the conductivity, EMI/RF shielding proeprty of Aluminum and the flexibility dimension stability and dielectric of bopet film. We supply 2micron, 3micron, 6micron thick ones.
We accept customized at any thickness of each layer. And the base film besides bopet film, can be polyimide film, bopp film, etc. And we can do copper clad bopet film, copper clad polyimide laminates, etc.
Besides Al Pet Film, we also supply CPI (colorless polyimide film)
