,the interior surface of the FEP film is coated with aluminum, creating a second surface mirror.

Aluminized FEP film offers identical chemical resistance and outgrassing propert as with slightly warmer
sink temperatures.high IR emittance,low solar absorptance .Aluminized FEP film offers comparable thermal optical
properties to silver FEP film but at a much lower cost.Aluminized FEP film is used for MLI blankets
when bonded to radiatior surfaces aluminium coated FEP film can achieve similar thermal optical properties
to rigid optical solar reflectors while beding able to conform to complex three dimensional surfaces.
