0.3mm galvanized roofing sheet
There are a variety of classification methods for pressed steel plates, depending on the application site, plate wave height, lap construction, and material. Common classification methods are as follows:
(1) classification by application parts -- including roof slab, wall panel, floor bearing slab and ceiling slab, etc. In use at the same time USES the color steel plate to do the wall decoration plate, the construction decoration effect quite is novel, unique.
(2) wave height classification -- high wave plate (wave height 70mm), medium wave plate (wave height <70mm) and low wave plate (wave height <30mm)
(3) according to the substrate material classification - divided into hot galvanized substrate, hot galvanized aluminum zinc and hot galvanized aluminum substrate.
(4) according to the structure mode of plate joints, it can be divided into lap joints, undercut structures and buttress structures. Among them, the middle and high wave plate which is undercut and pressed should be used as the roof plate with higher waterproof requirement. Lapped medium and high wave galvanized sheet for floor covering; Lapped low wave plate is suitable for wall panel.

Then the ppgi coil will be roll formed by roll forming machines. Its thickness and color can be different.
