PTFE+Cu+FKM Glyd Ring Seals

Glyd Ring ensures a good static sealing and allows the lubricating hydrodynamic oil film to be build under the seal in reciprocating applications.

Glyd Ring has been successfully implemented in a lot of applications as double acting Piston seals of hydraulic components such as:

* Size: GSF0200L-GSF3500 / GSI0700L-GSI6100, the biggest diameter of hydraulic cylinder is 2500mm.

* Material: PTFE+NBR and PTFE+FKM

* Working pressure: less than 40 Mpa

* Reciprocating Speed: less than 5m/s

* Working Temp.: it`s subject to rubber material. For example, NBR material, the temperature is -20 ℃ to 120 ℃; FKM material, the temperature is -15 ℃ to 240 ℃

*Working Medium:Hydraulic oil, steam, water
