Buna rubber material description:
Good mechanical technological parameters.e.g.high abrasion resistance,low gas
permeability and good resistance to mineral oil based lubricating oils and greases,
hydraulic oils,highly non-flammable hydraulic fluids HFA,HFB,HFC,silicone oils and
greases,water up to approx.80°C.NBR is generally not resistant to polar solvents,
glycol-based brake fluids and highly non-flammable hydraulic fluids HFD.It has a low
resistance to ozone ,weathering and ageing.
In most hydraulic applications this has no effect because the hydraulic seals are installed
internally in the hydraulic components.
Temperature:-30~+120°C
Application:NBR is frequently used in the hydraulic field due to its good mechanical
characteristics and resistance to mineral oil based lubricating oils and greases.
Buna rubber material and buna-n rubber o ring advantages:
1. Excellent anti-chemical properties, anti-acid alkalinity, good chemical protection against corrosive substances such as solvents and petroleum.
2. Good physical properties, good anti-tear, puncture resistance and anti-friction properties.
3. The design is comfortable, according to ergonomics design, the fingers of the hands of the gloves are curved to make the wear comfortable, conducive to blood circulation.
4. Protein, amino compounds and other harmful substances are not included.
5. The degradation time is short, easy to handle and environmental protection.
6. Non-silicon components, with certain antistatic properties, suitable for the production of electronic industry.
7. Low surface chemical residue, low ion content, small particle content, suitable for strict dust-free room environment.
