Step Seal

The step seal is a special filled PTFE ring with a pre-loaded lip energised by an O ring. The lip is designed to have a contact area with the rod adequate to retain the media at low pressure. As high pressure acts on the O ring it compresses the lip against the rod increasing the contact area and the effectiveness of the seal.

The detailed info of Step Ring as following:

* Size: GSJ0200L-GSJ3000 / GSD0180-GSD6100

* Material: PTFE+NBR and PTFE+FKM

* Working pressure: less than 60 Mpa

* Reciprocating Speed: less than 5m/s

* Working Temp.: It`s subject to rubber material. For example, NBR material, the temperature is -20 ℃ to 120 ℃; FKM material, the temperature is -15 ℃ to 240 ℃

*Working Medium:Hydraulic oil,steam , water

*Application:used for high pressure hydraulic system and cylinder, and the biggest diameter of piston & piston rod  is 1330mm
