Materials
Heavy duty rubber flooring made from dual durometer vulcanized rubber with a hammered finish and multicolored speckle design. The tiles are made with 35% pre-consumer scraps. The bottom layer is made from 40% recycled rubber.
Installation of Rubber Floor
Firstly, there's some requirements of the ground:
1.Planeness: the planeness of the ground should be less than 2.0mm within 2 square meters.
2.Hardness: the hardness of the base layer surface of the ground should be higher than 1.2 MPa
3.Strength: the strength of the ground should reach strength criterium C-20 requirement.
4.Degree of wetness: the moisture content of the base layer should be less than 3%.
5.Temperature: have no restriction(As expand when heated and contract when cooled.So the space between the rubber tiles should be adjusted according to the temperature.)
6.The surface of the ground should be flat.
7.The ground shouldn't have flake,sand and crack on it.
Secondly, polish the ground base:
Clear up the ground surface to make sure the ground is flat and smooth
Thirdly, frictioning
The glue should be daubed well distributed.
