Introduction:

The fluorine-lined ball valve is a unique type of valve that utilizes a ball with a circular through hole as its opening and closing component. The ball rotates around the centerline of the valve body, with the valve stem controlling the opening and closing of the valve. The sealing surface of the valve is made using a special molding process, which ensures a dense and effective seal. Additionally, the combination of V-shaped PTFE packing allows the valve to achieve zero leakage.
The ball and the valve stem are cast as one body, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem being forced out of the pressure-bearing part due to changes in pressure. This feature ensures the safety of the valve during use. The valve also adopts full plastic lining technology, making it highly resistant to strong corrosion from various types of mediums.
