High-purity quartz sand has extremely strict requirements on the composition, which requires that the size and shape of all particles must be highly consistent and uniform. Quartz sand must contain at least 98.5% silicon dioxide to be called  quartz sand. Therefore, from the crushing and fine screening of the raw material ore to the subsequent precision control and processing, every link needs to be refined, and any slight negligence may have an irreversible impact on the quality of the final high purity quartz.

Choosing the right screening equipment is crucial to the classification of quartz sand. 1. Choose the suitable size of the sieve hole: According to production requirements, choose screen mesh of different  specifications for screening to obtain the required quartz sand particle size.

2. During operation, the vibration amplitude and frequency of the Gyratory Sifter machine should be controlled to keep the screening process smooth. and also extend the service life of the screen mesh.

3. Pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the screen mesh: Cleaning and maintaining the screen mesh can extend its service life and ensure the screening effect during the screening process.

4. Perform quality inspection: After screening, quality inspection must be carried out to ensure that the quality of the quartz sand meets the requirements.
