Low pulse pulp pump is also called low pulse fan pump.This kind of pumps is used to pump paper pulp,water,sewage,or other liquid media of which physical and chemical properties are similar to water. The temperature of the transported liquid can not be higher than 80oC.It is a new pump type for paper making industry with advatages of high efficiency, low pulse and high dependability. It is used for transporting the paper pulp concentration ≤1% in medium-high speed paper making machine for supplying pulp system.

Pulp Pump Main Feature:

lts inlet and outlet are under and perpendicular to the axis line,and horizontal direction.The pump shell parts itself from the middle,so there is no need to remove the in and out of the water pipes andmotors.Looking from the coupling to the direction of the pump, it is turning in clockwise direction ( anti- clockwise is available).

Other Pulp Pump / Slurry Pump Characteristic :

Slurry Pump are vertical, single stage, single suction cantilever pump, liquid tube base, separate from the cylinder, without shaft seal. Submerged parts of the shaft without bearing to accommodate transport containing solid particle medium. Pump immersion depth of the medium for 700~2000mm, you need to also be installed at entrance to the pump suction pipe.
