2BV Water Ring Vacuum Pump Description

The 2BV water ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping gas and water vapor, and the suction pressure can reach 33 mbar (97% vacuum). 
When transformer oil is used as the working fluid (called an oil ring vacuum pump), the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar (99.3% vacuum degree), which can replace the reciprocating vacuum pump. 
When the liquid ring vacuum pump works for a long time under the suction pressure close to vacuum, the cavitation protection tube should be connected to protect the pump and eliminate the sound of cavitation. When used as a compressor, its pressure is as high as 0.26MPa.

 3, 2BV type water ring vacuum pump motor often work bearings than the surrounding temperature of 15 °C ~ 20 °C, not allowed to pass 55 °C ~ 60 °C, normal work of the bearing should be oiled 1-2 times a year, at least once a year to clean the bearing, and replace the lubricating oil.
4, 2BV type water ring vacuum pump using the mechanical seal, leakage phenomenon, should check whether the mechanical seal of the dynamic, static ring has been damaged, or the sealing ring has been aging, such as the above situation, need to replace the accessories.
