Paper mills have been using Rubber Coated Press Roll in different stages of the paper making processes for many years.The success of rubber roll covers depends on optimal physical and mechanical properties of the cover composition.

For example, a cover with improved abrasion resistance increases the operating time between regrinds.Dynamic modulus and hysteresis properties are critical when determining if a cover material will run successfully in a given set of nip conditions.Most of these rolls can now run non-water cooled, which provides a measurable benefit to the paper maker through energy savings, it's benefits when used with rubber covers will also be illustrated.

Diameter: 450---2000mm
Face length: 1500---12000mm 

Material of  press roller:
roller body: HT (250-300) ,Shaft head: 40 CrMo,Bulkhead: HT250
Paper Making Rolls Surface  covered rubber, rubber thickness is 20-25mm, Rubber Coated Press Roll and inside and outside diameter will be processed.
We will process rollers  dynamic balance to improve machines stability.
The dynamic balance grade is G1.6.And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance.
